As one of the few individuals in the industry with a sociology, financing and brokerage background, I have been able to distinguish myself from my peers. I develop effective and sustainable client relationships that align the goals of both sellers and buyers to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. I have been involved in over 1,000 dental office transactions totaling millions of dollars.
After graduating from college, I began my financial career in 1974. One of the highlights was when I was with Security Pacific Executive Professional Services. It was with this group that I co-created the first nationwide financing program for dentists selling and purchasing dental practices. The program was recognized by the ADA, and was the first of its kind to receive their endorsement.
I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since 1992.
UCLA, USC, the Harbor Dental Society and Alpha Omega have all welcomed me as one of their guest lecturers.
